Everything in Club Site, built with you, on your own domain — with your own Stripe account, a dedicated mobile number for your club's SMS, PaperSync for paper dressage score sheets, riding school management, your invoices and payments sent to your own Xero, and priority support.
No credit card to start. The NZ$359 setup fee is waived. If it's not for you, do nothing and the plan simply stops — you're never charged without adding a card.

Questions committees ask
Do we keep our domain?
Yes! You can either use our included subdomain (yourclub.horsify.com.au) or connect your existing domain. We'll help you with the DNS setup if needed.
Do we have to move our nominations to Horsify?
No. You can keep using whatever entry system your club runs today and still have a Club Site. List your events on your new site and point the "Enter now" button at your existing platform, or at an email address. Horsify's own entries, memberships and payments are included and ready whenever your committee decides to switch — there's no deadline and no pressure to do it mid-season.
Can members pay online?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Members can pay for memberships, event entries, and other fees online with credit/debit card. You receive automatic receipts and reporting.
Do we need tech skills?
No technical skills required. The admin portal and page builder are designed for committee members with basic computer skills, and Club Site starts you with a ready-made site to edit. On Club Site Premium we build the site with you and provide training as part of setup.
How long to go live?
On Club Site your starter site exists the moment you sign up, and goes live when you publish it. On Club Site Premium, where we build it with you, it is typically 2-3 weeks from sign-up to launch, including setup, content migration, branding, training and testing.
Can we migrate our existing website?
Yes. On Club Site Premium, basic content migration is included in the setup fee. We'll help transfer your existing pages, news posts, and member data. For larger migrations, we can provide a custom quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Club Site is free for 30 days, and Club Site Premium comes with a 60-day free trial with the setup fee waived — no credit card for either. Launch offer: start your Club Site Premium trial on or before 1 November 2026 and the trial runs for 6 months instead. We'll email you before it ends; add a payment method to continue, or do nothing and the plan simply stops. You're never charged without adding a card first.
Does Club Site Premium work with Xero?
Yes. Club Site Premium includes it, and Basic, Club Site, Instructor and Riding School can add it for NZ$6 a month, cancelled at any time. Connect your organisation's own Xero file and Horsify sends every tax invoice it issues from the date you choose (entries, memberships, lessons and hire) with the payments made on it, GST to the cent. It only adds to Xero: refunds, write-offs and changes after a payment are listed for you to record there, so nothing in your books changes behind your back. On any plan, invoices and receipts can also be exported as a CSV laid out for Xero's import.
What support is included?
Email and chat support is included on every plan, with a response within 1 business day. Club Site Premium adds priority support, with phone support for urgent issues. We also provide regular platform updates, security patches, and new feature rollouts at no extra cost.
